Vision in Action: CEOs Get Firsthand Look at Envision Dallas

When business leaders witness impact up close, powerful connections form. That’s exactly what happened during a recent visit to Envision Dallas, where a group of corporate CEOs from Vistage were invited behind the scenes for an immersive look at Envision Dallas. 

For the first time, Envision Dallas opened its doors to a select group of executives for a guided experience showcasing the intersection of mission, innovation and opportunity. More than a tour, the visit served as a window into the organization—where adaptive employment, assistive technology, and community-centered programs are transforming lives in meaningful ways. 

“Bob Lilly Jr. shared how important it was for the team of CEOs to see firsthand what Envision is all about,” said Scott Baker, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. “He was proud to have the meeting hosted at our facility and together we saw people moved by the experience. It was clear that what we’re doing here truly resonated—they saw the incredible opportunities we’re creating for people.” 

As the group walked the manufacturing floor, they met employees who were working with precision and pride, using tools and technology adapted for visual accessibility.  

Envision Dallas is more than a service provider, it’s a workplace, a hub of opportunity and a driver of independence. From manufacturing and packaging to printing and assembly, the work happening here is creating real jobs for people who are blind or visually impaired and real pathways to self-sufficiency. 

Strategic outreach like this is how Envision grows—by building relationships that go beyond business, grounded in shared values and collective vision. When leaders experience the work firsthand, they walk away with more than awareness. They leave with a sense of purpose. 

This visit marked a milestone for Envision Dallas. It was a moment of pride, but also a starting point—proof that when we open our doors, we open minds. The stories, people and innovations within our walls speak for themselves. And now, they’ve sparked something bigger.
