More than two dozen of North Texas's most committed business and community leaders gathered at Champions Social Club for the Envision Corporate Leadership Breakfast, united by a shared belief: when people who are blind or visually impaired have the right support, there is no limit to what they can achieve.

With Tiffany Liou of WFAA serving as Master of Ceremonies, the morning focused on what Envision is building across North Texas and why it matters to leaders across every industry and sector.

The 2026 Envision Corporate Leadership Council reflects that momentum well. Southwest Airlines, Fifth Third Bank, Coca-Cola SW Beverages, BlueCross BlueShield of Texas, Atmos Energy. These aren't organizations on the sidelines. They are active partners in a movement that centers ability, opportunity, and independence. Alongside them sat community voices like Dallas Cowboys legend Ed "Too Tall" Jones and Medal of Honor recipient SSGT (Ret) Salvatore A. Giunta, proof that this mission reaches far beyond any single sector.

For Becky Schwab, Unit Manager of Financial Operations at BlueCross BlueShield of Texas, getting involved with Envision reshaped the way she thinks about workforce potential. What surprised her most was realizing that visual impairment is rarely the true barrier. More often, it's outdated systems, processes, and expectations that create the gap. Envision's work with both individuals and employers has shown her that this kind of change isn't just aspirational. It's practical and scalable. "Envision offers a smarter approach," she says, "that benefits employees, employers, and the broader community."

The breakfast was both a celebration of growing partnership and a clear signal of what is possible when business and community leaders come together around a shared purpose.  As Envision continues building momentum across North Texas, these partnerships will help expand opportunity, independence, and access for more people across the region.
