Envision Celebrates National Customer Service Week

National Customer Service Week is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the hard work and dedication of our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) at Envision. This year’s celebration was nothing short of amazing, filled with activities, treats and heartfelt appreciation for the individuals who go above and beyond every day. From Monday to Friday, the week was packed with fun surprises, games, and memorable moments, all thanks to the incredible efforts of departmental leaders, especially Whitney Simmons and Marcie Shaffer. 

The week kicked off with donuts for breakfast, balloons at each CSR’s desk, and Kind Bars with the message, “You are kind of a big deal!” Throughout the week, team members enjoyed snacks like Halloween pretzels, cookies, and more, each accompanied by creative notes of thanks. Gifts were handed out as well, including custom Envision Customer Service T-shirts! Lunches were provided daily, with meals from local favorites, and games like “Name That Tune” and “Envision Feud” brought out some friendly competition, with CSRs like Jennifer St. Louis and Kellie Gertz earning top spots.  

Throughout the week, these CSRs were recognized: Christy Blaes, Jennifer St. Louis, Kellie Gerdts, Nick Gasaway, Melody Gomez, Sedrick Veal, Carol Horn, Michael Quam, Arlene Owens, Wanda Fisher and Johnson Riungu. 

Leaders Marcie Shaffer, Kathy Vines, Whitney Simmons, Jason Roepka, Barney Macari, Erin Seifert, Justin Morgan, Tim Brock and Regina Henderson were crucial in helping make the week a success! It was a week full of gratitude and fun, and a great reminder of how important our Customer Service team is.
