Regina has had low vision since birth, but she’s never let that get in the way of her success. She exudes energy, confidence and enthusiasm. Working for Envision on and off since 1990, Regina started as a receptionist and was promoted to vocational trainer in the rehabilitation department. She then left to work for a bank, until Envision recruited her back as the assistant to the director of rehabilitation. Regina, however, is all about tackling challenges head on. She left Envision once again for the opportunity to work for a group of doctors in a local vision rehabilitation center, where she handled patient scheduling and charting. When Envision entered the printing business in 1997, Regina took on the challenge of running one of Envision’s retail print stores. She’s been with Envision ever since.
Regina currently works in customer services for Envision Xpress customers, and when people talk with her on the phone, they aren’t likely to forget the experience. She’s a shining example of what customer service is all about. “The best thing about my job is the people, both my colleagues and our customers,” says Regina. “I am a ‘people’ person, and I enjoy getting to know my customers.”
