Sarah Kephart, Envision Arts Program Manager, was nominated and received the Art Advocate Award - Individual from The Arts Council in Wichita. Sarah has and continues to be a champion for the arts and accessibility to the arts for all. She opens doors and offers opportunities for artists who are blind or visually impaired to engage and immerse themselves in art, to help heal the mind, body and soul.
