Envision Vision Rehabilitation Center (EVRC) continues to maintain the highest clinical standards by obtaining re-accreditation through American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). In order to receive this CMS/Medicare managed re-accreditation, facilities have to go through an in-depth, unannounced, onsite survey, which Envision completed on 3/4/2021. This quality assurance measure and patient satisfactory process ensures all standards are met in order to achieve accreditation and 100% compliance is maintained at all times. Facilities are accredited for 3 year increments and EVRC just recently renewed this accreditation for the 2nd time valid 5/1/2021-5/1/2024. During year 2-3 of accreditation, facilities are required to submit proof-of-desk review survey completion in order to receive their yearly certification of the accreditation. The EVRC is happy to participate in this thorough and intricate process to ensure the highest level of excellence is provided to our clients and staff.
