Customer Service Appreciation Week is celebrated every October, and all our Customer Service teams at Envision in Wichita and Dallas celebrated by having a spirit week with games, lunches and other fun activities to show appreciation for each other. Managers of the departments gave recognition to employees who have exemplified great customer service.

Envision Interface, Envision’s Contact Center Services in Wichita and Dallas, celebrated each day with a different theme such as favorite sports team day, hat day, western day, relaxation day and celebrity day. There were also games such as “Theme Songs,” a football toss target game, and punch cards which were given out with a chance of winning prizes for the most participation during the week.

“Customer service week is so important and reminds us of how fortunate we are to have our valued employees,” said Heather Moore, Director of Call Center Services. “We dressed up, played games, ate lots of food, laughed a lot and celebrated each other. One of my favorite activities was Theme Songs. We collected everyone’s theme song (the song that would play every time you walked into a room), and we all guessed who we thought each song belonged to. It was a great way for everyone to really get to know each other.”

At our manufacturing location in Wichita, customer service teams participated in activities such as an “Envision game show,” where employees guessed fun facts about Envision and won prizes. Lunch was provided multiple days by the Envision Print department and Envision Xpress teams, and many surprise gifts were given throughout the week. The employees recognized for exemplary services were Christy Blaes, Jennifer St. Louis, Kellie Gerdts, Nick Gasaway, Melody Gomez, Sedrick Veal, Carol Horn, Jason Roepka, Michael Quam, Arlene Owens, Daniel Molina, Erin Seifert and Wanda Fisher.

“We really enjoyed the opportunity to celebrate our amazing Customer Service teams,” said Kathy Vines, Director of Customer Service and Product Administration at Envision. “They go above and beyond to keep our customers satisfied and we appreciate their dedication to providing excellent service. They are a vital part of Envision’s success!”
