Who we are hiring.

A 65% unemployment rate among people who are blind or visually impaired is a statistic we refuse to accept. In order to decrease this percentage, something has to change, and we are leading that change. Below you will find a general overview of our benefits.

Health Insurance

We offer a variety of options to meet your health care and maintenance needs. You will have the opportunity to purchase quality health care at affordable rates. Available plans include medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage. 

Flexible Spending Accounts

We are pleased to offer both a Health Care Spending Account and a Dependent Care Spending Account. As an employee, you may choose to participate in one or both plans.  These are excellent benefits that are deducted from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis for reimbursement of approved expenses.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance

Security and financial protection to you and your beneficiary(ies) is important to Envision. Because of this, we provide Life and AD&D Insurance to each eligible employee at no cost to you. You do not have to be enrolled in any other Envision benefits to participate in this plan.

Retirement

Because your future is important to us, Envision offers a robust retirement plan. The Safe-Harbor 401(k) Plan offers an opportunity to save money for your retirement with Envision contributions and with tax deferral of your contributions.  Also, the Plan provides a Safe-Harbor employer contribution and a matching employer contribution upon completion of the eligibility requirements.  An optional annual discretionary employer contribution may be made.  You are 100% vested in your contributions to the Plan, and the Safe-Harbor amounts contributed by Envision.

Vacation

Envision believes that time away from work is important to your work-life balance and to your success.  Therefore, we provide paid vacation to benefit eligible employees and encourage you to use this time to recharge.

Paid Time Off

Envision provides Paid Time Off (PTO) to each benefit eligible employee to allow you time away from work for appointments and for illness.  You are encouraged to use this time to rest and recover or to take care of personal business.

Holidays

Every benefit eligible employee is provided ten (10) paid holidays so that you may spend the day as you choose. The holiday schedule is announced in advance so that you can plan accordingly. 

Employee Assistance Program

Our employees get free confidential and professional assistance with issues such as individual or family counseling, work related pressures, grief and loss, financial concerns and other situations that may be concerning to you. This benefit is available to you and to your immediate family members.
