Envision Dallas Honors Leader Blake Lindsay

Family, friends, colleagues, and donors are deeply saddened by the passing of Blake Lindsay, Manager of Outreach at Envision Dallas. Those who knew Blake were inspired by his dedicated service as an ambassador for people who are blind or visually impaired. Blake’s love for people was evident in his constant display of “love in action,” as he engaged with colleagues and clients alike. The joy he brought to every relationship was contagious, creating a lasting, transformative impact on those around him. A purposeful leader, Blake led with integrity and was guided by a true calling to inspire and empower others to reach their fullest potential. In honor of his legacy, a memorial fund in Blake Lindsay’s name is being established to support and benefit individuals who are blind or visually impaired.

Envision Dallas Expansion in North Texas

The move to our new location in Farmers Branch, which is seven times larger than our previous facility, has enabled us to make more of a direct impact for individuals with vision loss. This ensures that Envision Dallas is able to meet the needs of the blind or visually impaired community in North Texas from birth through career and beyond.

Envision Dallas is proud to be one of the largest employers of people who are blind or visually impaired in the United States. Our manufacturing operations not only create jobs that put people with vision loss in charge of their own careers, but also provide a steady stream of income to support our not-for-profit mission.  Manufacturing of goods for the U.S. military is our honor and privilege.
