Renting a meeting room at Envision

Meeting rooms located on the lower level of the Envision building are reserved primarily for use by Envision programs, Envision sponsored events and occasionally for use by other building tenants.

The Intrust Bank Community Service Hall, which is located on the lower level and when not reserved for Envision use, is available for use by other local non-profit, 501(c)(3) organizations. The use will be limited to events relating to the organization’s exempt purpose only. Inquiries as to availability of the room should be directed to the executive assistant to Envision’s CEO at (316) 440-1532.

Rent: Organizations reserving the Intrust Bank Community Services Hall will be asked to pay $200 to help offset ongoing costs associated with maintaining the facility. An additional $50 will be charged for use of the overhead projection system and screen. A full kitchen with oven is also available for an additional $50 fee. The meeting room is equipped with a podium and PA system which is provided at no charge.

Maximum number of attendees: Occupancy is strictly limited to no more than 150 participants or attendees. Seating is provided for up to150 attendees as well as conference tables to accommodate 100 attendees. It is the responsibility of the organization renting the facility to arrange the room and seating for their purpose and restoring the room to its original condition after the event. This should include removal of all trash as well as a light cleaning of the room. The organization will be responsible for any damage to Envision property that might occur as a result of the event and for reimbursement of any professional cleaning that might be required.
