Envision Vision Rehabilitation Center accepts new patients on a referral-basis only. Being familiar with potential programs and services will help you as you build your patient’s plan of care. Envision Vision Rehabilitation Center offers services and resources to people who are blind or have low vision that need assistance in gaining specific skills to live more independently. Whether a person has recently lost his or her sight or has always been blind, Envision's specialists can evaluate needs, offer resources and provide services to assist individuals in adapting to vision loss.
