Frank D. Clepper, President and CEO, Envision, Inc.
Clepper was appointed President and CEO of Envision in February 2012. A retired Colonel, Clepper successively served as Chief Executive of two installation commands in the United States Army and served a population exceeding 400,000 military and family members in Maryland and New York. He brings with him more than 20 years in military leadership and 10 years in corporate leadership. Upon his military retirement in 2000, he became Senior Vice President at UBS in New York, where he was responsible for a significant portion of UBS’ back-office operations supporting branch operations, trading and account support, client communications, and Patriot Act compliance. He relocated to Kansas in 2005, joining Value Place LLC as Senior Vice President of Operations. His most recent position was as Chief Operating Officer of Delta Dental.
Kent Wilson, CFO, Envision, Inc.
Wilson, a certified public accountant, has served the Corporation as Vice President CFO since 1993. He has spent the majority of his professional career in financial planning and analysis. A native Kansan, Wilson graduated from Wichita State University in 1972 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Envision, he served as Vice President CFO for Full Service Beverage Company, a manufacturer and distributor of soft drink beverages. Wilson has lectured on accounting practices at national conferences for the industry and provided consulting services to other agencies within the blindness field.
Mary Shannon, President, Envision Foundation, Inc.
Shannon has served with Envision since launching its’ development operations in 2005. She has served in the nonprofit sector for nearly 15 years in both health and education based organizations. She enjoys the variety that she experiences in her position as the Foundation oversees fundraising, professional education, public education and communications. Shannon graduated from Trinity with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Economics. She is a member of the Wichita Rotary, Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).
Kathy Cox, Vice President, Human Resources, Envision, Inc.
Cox has been in the Human Resources and Risk Management profession for more than 25 years. During her career she has served both profit and not-for-profit sectors. Cox has been a speaker and presenter at numerous National Conferences and has consulted for Fortune 100 and 500 companies, and numerous non-profits throughout the U.S. Before joining Envision, Cox held Executive positions as, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Emprise Bank, Vice President of Compliance and Human Resources, Newman University, Senior Vice President, CAP Index, Vice President, Human Resources and Risk Management, Summerfield Hotel Corporation. Cox is SPHR certified and a member of the Society for Human Resource Professionals. Cox received her B.S. in Business Administration from Kansas State University and an MBA from the University of Iowa.
Buddy Sell, COO, Envision Xpress, Inc.
Sell has over 19 years of hands-on sales and marketing experience. Prior to moving to Kansas in January of 2000, he served as Sales and Marketing Director for Eastern Carolina Vocational Center - a NISH agency which supports nonprofits that provide employment opportunities for people who are blind or have other severe disabilities. For the past 11 years, Sell has been responsible for operating and growing the Envision Xpress Military Base Supply Stores; currently there are 16 stores located in 10 states. Sell graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
David Gear, Vice President, Envision Vision Rehabilitation Center, Inc.
Gear manages the Envision Vision Rehabilitation Center and the Envision Child Development Center. He has worked in the health care field for more than 35 years. In 1988, he received a Master’s in Health Science while managing LifeWATCH, an air ambulance service. Gear's background includes education in and marketing of behavioral, tertiary and rural health care services. He served as an affiliate faculty for Wichita State University, and throughout his career has facilitated numerous continuing education programs throughout the state of Kansas.
Garret "Garry" W. Gregg, Vice President, Operations, Envision Industries, Inc.
Gregg joined Envision Industries in 2006 as Director of Operations. He was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2008. Gregg has a combined total of more than 20 years experience and education in the areas of purchasing, supply chain and operations. Prior to joining Envision, Gregg was Material Logistics Manager for Bombardier—Learjet, and Director of Purchasing for Great Plains Industries. A lifelong Wichita resident, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Wichita State University.

Dave Carr, CFO, Envision Industries, Inc.
Carr has proven himself as a knowledgeable businessman in a variety of competitive manufacturing environments over the last 25 years. As a senior-level executive with a focus on manufacturing financial management, he has played a key role in the development, evolution and implementation of business models that enabled companies in remaining profitable and competitive. Since joining Envision in 2008, he has guided the company towards sustained financial growth and expansion, improving upon the accuracy of financial and cost reporting systems, with attention on providing employment for the visually impaired. Carr holds an MBA from the W. Frank Barton School of Business at Wichita State University.
