It's a known fact that web pages that use Flash with links or text or form inputs are inaccessible to screen readers. Furthermore, Flash does not respect tab order or listing links.
But if Flash was used to only present a series of images (slideshow), with no input or links or text, wouldn't that be just as accessible as an animated GIF image?
